Leadership
A servant leadership style that I learned during my executive leadership program at CA Technologies. I build relationships with everyone I am involved with and listen to different ideas, perspectives, reasons, and assumptions. I like to make my decision based on information, data, and some risk. There is always risk in making decisions, I like to own the failures and credit success to my team.
I like to learn from failures and help my team to learn and build from those failures. I believe in innovation and it is part of our day-to-day activities. Innovation and new ideas keep the team involved and become successful. Innovation comes in many forms, process, features, delivery, and team building.
My leadership is deeply rooted in empathy and caring for my team. I have worked with a person from every background ethnic, religious, financial, and lifestyle.
